Admission

1.            Applications for the admission to the school should be filled up in the approved/prescribed admission form.  The students seeking admission should submit the Admission Form as per last date announced, along with the required documents. At the time of admission student’s parent of prescribed class shall be required to fill up the Enquiry Form.

2.            The age limit for Play group, Nursery, L.K.G.& U.K.G. is 2+, 3+, 4+ and 5+ years, respectively.

3.            There will be no admission test up to U.K.G. classes. However, screening is desirable above U.K.G. These Students are admitted on the basis of Oral and Performance in Written Test.

4.            Admission confirmation to the child will be considered only after the completion of formalities of the Admission form.

5.            For taking admission in AISHWARYA KIDS VALLEY, Transfer Certificate is compulsorily required for the students who have attended another school.

6.            Caution money will be refunded only at the time of child’s withdrawal from the school.

7.            In all matters related to admission, the decision of AKV Management will be considered final. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason.

8.            Continuation in the School will be subject to proper adherence to the Rules & Regulations of the Institution.

9.            Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

10.          Transfer of admission will not be allowed under any circumstances.

Requirements : 

At the time of admission the documents should be submitted as per norms defined.  The following documents in original accompanied by attested copies should be submitted:-

• Certificate of last Exam passed.
• Marksheets of the last Exam passed.
• Date of Birth Certificate.
• Caste Certificate if needed or students belongs to SC/ST or other.
• 4 latest passport size photos.
